Kitchen Manager, Robbie Webber

With 30 years cheffing in the heat of commercial kitchens, Robbie is Fife Lane’s resident authority on all things food following a two year educational stint in Melbourne, spent honing his love and skill for a less-is-more approach.

Simple, uncomplicated dishes using only the very best and freshest prime cuts and seafood Australasia has to offer, are his hallmark. It’s all he needs to produce his best work whilst inspiring a new generation of chefs, who get to benefit from the kind of experience only time can buy.

Head Chef, Dan Lockhart

Following a successful five-year stint in Melbourne, Australia’s culinary capital, Dan returned to his hometown of the Bay to join the team at Fife. Prior to joining Fife, he played a pivotal role in launching and managing some of the Bay’s most beloved kitchens.

Dan’s extensive expertise and profound appreciation for quality meat have earned him the well-deserved moniker of Fife Lane’s ‘Mibrasa Master’. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, ensuring that every dish prepared on the Mibrasa grill is cooked to perfection.

Head Chef, Dan Lockhart

As a former Head Chef at two well-known Mount Maunganui venues, Chef Francisca brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

With her keen eye for detail and creative approach to event planning, Suzelle helps ensure that every event at Fife Lane is unforgettable and stress-free.

Along with Functions, Suzelle also runs Fife’s social media accounts, newsletter, and the operations administration.
