Kitchen Manager, Robbie Webber
With 30 years cheffing in the heat of commercial kitchens, Robbie is Fife Lane’s resident authority on all things food – his recent two year educational stint in Melbourne spent honing his love and skill for a less is more approach.
Simple, uncomplicated dishes using only the very best and freshest prime cuts and seafood Australasia has to offer are his hallmark. It’s all he needs to produce his best work whilst inspiring a new generation of chefs, who get to benefit from the kind of experience only time can buy.
Sous Chef, Dan Lockhart
After 5 years in Australia’s culinary capital of Melbourne, Dan returned to the Bay and continued to hone skills at some of the bay’s finest restaurants. Inspired by seasonal produce he creates effortless dishes that celebrate the ingredients.
His expert knowledge and appreciation of quality meats and cuts has left him aptly known as Fife Lane’s resident ‘Mibrasa Master’, a well deserved title.

Operations Manager, Scott Hinton
Scott’s passion for wine is evident when you see the Fife Lane wine list … it’s extensive to say the least. He helped curate our amazing selection of NZ wines and carefully considered internationals varietals.
Let’s not forget his cocktail skills, Scott’s a master at balancing flavours and adding a creative twist to some of the classics. So stop by the bar for a chat, share your tastes and he’ll whip up the perfect match.
