SUPPLIER EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
At Fife Lane, we hold ourselves to the highest standards when it comes to the food we serve. That’s why we carefully select our suppliers based on three key criteria: freshness, sustainability, and location. We believe that by working with suppliers who share our commitment to these values, we can create a community of like-minded individuals who are dedicated to delivering the very best in seasonal produce.
Our menu is a reflection of our culinary experiences, and we take pride in using only the freshest meats, seafood, and produce available. Our dishes are a celebration of New Zealand’s favourite foods, with each item crafted with our own unique touch. We change our menu four times a year to reflect the changing seasons and ensure that we are always using the freshest ingredients available.
To complement our delicious food, we offer a full beverage list that is updated two to three times a year. Our list features a wide range of local and international wines, handcrafted cocktails, and after-dinner specialties like ports and coffee.

FUNDRAISING & EVENT SPONSORSHIP
At Fife Lane, we are committed to supporting our community through our sponsorship and donation initiatives. While we are always eager to help, it’s important to note that we have a limited budget for what we can offer. As much as we would like to fulfil every application, we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
As a venue that sells alcohol, we also have to be mindful of the appropriateness of sponsoring certain organisations. We take our responsibility as a licensed establishment seriously and will always consider the impact of our sponsorship and donations.
Additionally, we reserve the right to not accept an application, even if we have previously supported your organization. This may be due to a variety of factors such as budget constraints or a shift in our sponsorship focus.
Finally, please note that any vouchers we provide have a 12-month expiry and cannot be extended beyond that. We appreciate your understanding of these policies as we strive to make a meaningful impact in our community.
