Directors, Ryan & Kat Dippie

Ryan and Kat bring you Fife Lane. The culmination of over eight years of late-night discussions (potentially over the odd bottle of wine…) and the result of dreams and determination.

Dreams of providing their local community with a landmark hospitality business, and the determination to see it through from concept to completion. Long-time industry task masters, they bring years of expertise and and a depth of passion to this long-held vision.

With the support of a great team and their respective families, they hope to show their young children the strength in family bonds and the hard work necessary to achieve at this level both personally and professionally.

Ever present in all that they do, it is their spirit and grit that has influenced every aspect of Fife Lane.

Kitchen Manager, Robbie Webber

With 30 years cheffing in the heat of commercial kitchens, Robbie is Fife Lane’s resident authority on all things food – his recent two year educational stint in Melbourne spent honing his love and skill for a less is more approach. Simple, uncomplicated dishes using only the very best and freshest prime cuts and seafood Australasia has to offer are his hallmark. It’s all he needs to produce his best work whilst inspiring a new generation of chefs, who get to benefit from the kind of experience only time can buy.

Our Team

Leading front of house at Fife Lane are Keri and Scott, whose 15 years of collective industry knowledge ensures that all guests receive an elevated dining experience. Warm and engaging by nature they know their Chablis from their Chardonnay and serve all their guests with professionality, plus a side of friendly banter too.
